Garden City Room, Theater, and Activity Center

Garden City Room

The Garden City Room is another of our most versatile spaces. It is located off our Rotunda and can be rented for a variety of events.

Available Rental Period: Tuesday-Saturday 10:00am to 5:00pm, 5-7 hours including setup and cleanup time (Hours can extend to midnight if added to a Rotunda Rental)

Capacity: 40 seated
Included: 10 4' rounds and 40 chairs

Activity Center

The Activity Center is one of our most versatile spaces. It is located off of our main entrance and can be rented for a variety of events including birthday parties, bridal showers, baby showers, luncheons and meetings. It can also be added on to a rotunda rental to be used as a Bridal Suite or additional space.

Capacity: 30 seated

Included: 4 six-foot rectangular tables, 20 chairs, wooden bar/serving area, parking

Theater

The History Theater is a fixed-seat auditorium that can be used for presentations, lectures or meetings. A small reception can be set up on the second-floor balcony, just outside of the gallery.

Available Rental Period: Tuesday-Saturday 10:00 am to 5:00 pm, 5-7 hours including setup and cleanup time

Capacity: 84 fixed seating, theater style; additional seating available for up to 100 guests.
No food or drink permitted

Included: Sound system, podium with microphone, projector and screen, 2 narrow four-foot rectangular tables, parking, General Admission for up to 100 guests
