Court document arguing the right to collect a debt from Stephen Smith of Richmond County, which he owes to James Marshall of Savannah, Georgia. The debt is eighty two dollars ninety three and three quarters cents on a promissory note dating September 24, 1804. The petition was signed by the courts on Marcy 7, 1805.
