Description
Official document from the State of Georgia, Richmond County, ordering the Sheriffs of the county to seize all of the property of the late John W. Collins to pay his debts and interest of two hundred and twenty six dollars and twenty eight cents. The debt was settled in a suit between John P. Greiner and John W. Collins and aditional funds were awarded to John P. Greiner for payment of his court costs. The document was witnessed by the Honorable Judge John Shly on the 10th day of July 1844.
