Description

Document stating that petitioners James Boorman, John Johnston Daniel Syms, George L. Sampson and Adam Noris, merchants in partnerships under the firm of "Boorman, Johnston, Syms & Co." claim that Charles A. Greiner and John P. Greiner and Edward Bustin all of said County are justly indebted to your petitioners in the some of five hundred & fifty five dollars.

They claim that on May 16, 1842, Charles A made his promissory note and John P promised to pay six months after the date and they did not. The paper was issued to and signed by Charles A. and John P. Greiner and Edward Bustin June 12, 1843
