Description
The Social Register of New York for the year 1941 (Vol. LV, No. 1). The book lists residents of New York City. Listed in the Register is Mrs. Robert Grigg Reese (Louise de l'Aigle Seyd Reese) as living at 160 E 63.
This book was placed in a time capsule by Louise de l'Aigle Seyd Reese around 1941. She had the time capsule buried in a wall of the Sexton's Lodge (of which she had funded the construction) at Magnolia Cemetery in Augusta, Ga. The time capsule was recovered by members of the DeLaigle (de l'Aigle) family in 2015 with permission from the Augusta-Richmond County Government.
