Description
A thick blue and white floral border frames this octagonal earthenware dish by Joseph Heath Company as part of their Ontario Lake Scenery series. It has a central landscape scene in shades of blue. This scene shows figures overlooking a river with a waterfall in the middle and a castle and trees on either side. Plate is verso marked along the rim "Ontario / Lake Scenery / J Heath".
