Description

Julia Child is a cultural icon in American cooking. Before she was a famous TV chef, Julia Child produced this cookbook with two French ladies (Simone Beck and Louisette Bertholle).

The original book was published in the fall of 1961 by Alfred A. Knopf Publishing. This book was published in the ninth edition in 1965.
